Outfit not found

I right clicked the outfit i bought off ah and accepted to bind but nothing happened it disappeared. nothing showed in wardrobe nor in my bag not chat message in general tab showed an item had been added but all my other outfits show in the chat saying where they have been added. i checked everywhere its not there. its gone. can you please help me get it back? i have proof of purchase in my mail it shows i bought it. and i took a screenshot too.
